Abstract :
The ELECTRE III method enjoys a wide acceptance in solving multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) problems. In this paper, aiming at the ranking problems in ELECTRE III, a new ranking method is developed by introducing three definitions - concordance credibility degree, discordance credibility degree and net credibility degree, into ELECTRE III method. An application is given to illustrate the reasonability and availability of the proposed method.
