Abstract :
In this paper, a fuzzy matter-element model is provided for the appraisal and optimal choice of contractor. Based on the fuzzy matter-element theory, the model combined with the concept of the Euclid approach degree established the fuzzy matter element evaluating method. This method took the contractors as the matter elements, and constructed the model according to the relevant indexs and its corresponding fuzzy values. Through calculating Euclid approach degree between the fuzzy matter-element and the standard fuzzy matter- element, and adopting information entropy theory to calculate the weight coefficients of each evaluating indexs, the author actualized the comprehensive evaluation and selection of contractor in construction scheme.
