Abstract :
A novel resonantly enhanced Mach-Zehnder modulator with 10 dB enhancement in link performance is demonstrated. Enhancement is achieved through placement of the electrode structure within a Fabry-Perot type cavity. Theoretical prediction and experimental verification are presented
