Abstract :
Problems due to delay time in telephone time service system are discussed and methods of achieving synchronization between user clock and standard cesium atomic clock are considered. The characteristics of the delay time are analysed and applied to telephone time service system. Mathematical model of the delay time in a communication conduit and optimal control of time service by using telephone line, are discussed
