Abstract :
In this paper, we assumptions of achieving the goal of zero inventory for the environment and allowing the goods delivery of priority to exist between the wholesales, breaking the wholesale market down into: Has stock market and Lack stock market. And base on the VRP research, obtained the Distributed Optimization algorithm mode and the solving method of a large distribution center. Combining the development condition of Home Appliances, determine the reasonable random uncertainty demand, and explaining the application of statistical hypothesis testing.
