Abstract :
Based on sub domain management, a new system for management of multi-channel radios and television devices is designed and implemented by Radio and TV Group of Zhejiang province. And this system realizes every business connection and guarantees standardization and high efficiency of management for every flow of program. And it provides powerful safeguard on cost accounting, resources configuration and assisting the leaders to make decisions. Through performance analysis of the system, the device realizes cost-management of seventeen channels and one department with higher efficiency and lower cost compared to the other management systems.
