Abstract :
Research concerning the lateral field excitation of quartz resonators has been carried out in recent years at ITR. The results of measurements of three types of LFE resonators are presented. Classical lateral field resonators, anharmonic mode operating resonators and QAS resonators were tested. Such parameters as nonlinearity, dynamic thermal parameters, phase noise, aging, quality and series resistors were compared
