Abstract :
With the rapid development of network technology in recent years, "digital divide" has already become a heat concern that attracts close attention from governments, enterprises and academic circles in the world. And it is influencing on every aspect in the society and gradually reshaping the structure of this world. This paper, based on a deep analysis of the relevant domestic and international research on "digital divide", probes into the content and methods of models for measuring digital divide from two perspectives measurement indices and measurement colonies, and a few measurement models of "digital divide" in accordance with different regional units and different citizens. Strategies are proposed for the government to promote the digital economy and fill up the "digital divide" in China
