Abstract :
This work shows a new strategy for the internal characterization of multiple junction tandem solar cells. That is done by using different LED devices in order to excite each internal junction separately. The QSS-OCVD method would allows the internal characterization of each device however preliminary results indicate the convenience of using transient analysis. Also an access to the internal capacitance of each pn junction is shown and a new auto tuning strategy allows a right bias polarization for the I-V and quantum efficiency measurements.
