Abstract :
In the paper, the common control problem of multi-time delayed systems in industrial process control is studied in details. An improved SFPC (state feedback model predictive control) method is presented for the systems with delayed state variables, delayed inputs and measurable disturbance. As the result of the multi-time delayed state variables, the predictive values of the state variables, which would be used to predict values of controlled variables, are very difficult to be obtained recursively. By supposing that predictive state variables keep the current values invariant in the predictive horizon, the effective recursive method is obtained. The application steps of the strategy are given in details. Simulation examples are given. The results show the method feasible and effective.
