Abstract :
This paper tries to create a theoretical framework to analyze the feasibility and the prospective contribution of implementing the telecom network management (TNM) system model into the supply chain management (SCM) field. After examining the similarities of the two systems, the paper focuses on the merits and reliabilities of the telecom network management system that can enlighten the future trend of SCM system. The detailed analysis tries to contribute to the existing literature on SCM in light of the dynamic control and analysis requirements. Finally, a new innovative IT-oriented solution is proposed for solving the above mentioned problems
