Abstract :
Through the mechanism analysis and the summary to the improvement of the harmony degree, this article theoretically proves that improvement of the harmony degree has the differences in the different aspects. First construct the unidirectional classified model of the improvement of the harmony degree between government and enterprise. Second give the mathematics description of the improvement of the harmony degree between government and enterprise. Regarding the unidirectional classified model of the improvement of the harmony degree between government and enterprise, use the variance analytical table to examine the overall harmony degree between government and enterprise, at the same time use the confidence coefficient which is 0.95 Scheffe sector to examine the variance and significance in the different part of the harmony degree between government and enterprise. In view of the significance examination result, obtain the improvement direction of the harmony degree between government and enterprise, and then propose the corresponding the improvement strategy of harmony degree. Above the final application proposed the method give the instance of the Aerospace Hi-Tech Holding Group offers real example to analysis; provide the theory the basis for the improvement direction of the harmony degree between government and enterprise in practice
