  • Abstract
The first condition of decreasing traffic jam and satisfaction equilibrium of traffic demand and supply is deemed to the construction of urban transportation infrastructures. Urban rail transit construction is the key of urban continual development. The main problem of urban rail transit construction is scarcity reasonable evaluation of construction sequencing and benefit in the process of construction at present. The methodology of urban rail transit construction sequence planning is presented in this paper. Considering location condition and level of construction item, the importance degree is calculated by traffic location-node importance model. Adopted the method of clustering analysis, the construction item was split to importance, inferior importance and commonly importance construction item cluster based on the result of importance degree. The methodology may provide scientific support for government decision to constitute construction plan of urban rail transit and provide the method evaluation importance of construction item.
