  • Abstract
The technological and economic cooperation among enterprises has promoted the birth of network organization, but the forming of network organization is just the necessary condition for the synergy effect. If the unique efficacy of network organization is made full use in resource allocation, network organization must be governed effectively. The core of network organization governance lies in the governance mechanisms. Only the mechanisms put in place, network organization would work in order. Based on the literature review and questionnaire data, this paper uses fuzzy cluster method to classify the governance mechanisms according to the macroscopic operating rule and microscopic running norm, thus the system of governance mechanisms is constructed.
