Abstract
Based on the analysis of related data of recent years, which is mainly from Guangdong Statistical Yearbook, and is mainly about the manufacturing industries of Pearl River Delta (PRD), the current Status and the characteristics of high value-added industries in PRD are discussed in this paper. Competitive ability is an important index of the analysis of current status; therefore, this paper establishes the dynamic synthetic double-diamond model of high value-added industries in PRD to analyze it, mainly discussing the interactive relationship between PRD and Hong Kong. What´ s more, aiming at the industrial clusters that have been formed in PRD, especially those high-technology industrial clusters, the correlation countermeasure based on the industrial value chain coordination theory is proposed in this paper
