  • Abstract
Electron beam technology offers a lot of possibilities in processing materials. A special machine at HTW Dresden allows a thermal as well as non thermal process conditions. This paper demonstrates different aspects of process design and the versatile possibilities of applications. Also the interesting goals for applications at polymer technology and joining technology for electronic and mechatronic modules are described.
