  • Abstract
    Ultra-small DPSK (de)modulators at 10 Gb/s, using silicon-based microrings, are proposed. Data quality of the microring-based DPSK is greatly dependent on operation conditions that can be optimized to improve eye-opening by up-to-7-dB.
