Abstract :
To explore the relationships among knowledge management strategy, core competence and organizational performance, 223 enterprises participated in this investigation. We found that codification strategy positively influenced core competence and organizational performance while personalization strategy positively influenced core competence. As anticipated, the intervening effect of core competence was significant between knowledge management strategy and organizational performance. Implications, limitations and future research directions for the study are discussed
