The Process Model of Organization Innovation

The 21st century is a technology era, information age, network trade era and artificial intelligence era. All these are influencing the institutional framework of enterprises. In order to adapt to this change, enterprises have to make corresponding adjustment in management and administration, and to carry on innovation constantly. The enterprise´s organizational innovation is the focal point in it. This paper analyzes the motives and influence factor of organization innovation from the organization structure, organization culture and organization rules.
