Abstract :
In some manufacture, process, the out-of-service of equipments could cause great economic loss or even industrial accidents, therefore, the critical spare parts of equipments must be managed through the constraint of zero-out-of-stock. Based on the inventory management of critical spare parts of manufacturing equipments, this paper builds the inventory optimization model of critical spare parts of manufacturing equipments under zero-out-of-stock constraint, and algorithm to solve optimum relation in the concept of backward induction is showed and then an optimal acquisition strategy is solved by this algorithm.
