Abstract :
Organizational culture is one of the intangible resources a firm owns, which is of importance in developing competitive advantage. Some researchers has proposed that the organizational culture could lead to surprising performance. This paper uses empirical research method to test the relationship between organizational culture and firm performance as well as the moderating effects of industry sector and firm size. The result shows that organizational culture has positive effect on firm performance. Besides, the moderating influence of firm size on relationship of organizational culture and firm performance is also significant here. There is a stronger relation between culture and firm performance in small businesses. However, industrial sector has no moderate effect. Research limitations and agenda are also mentioned at the end of the paper
