  • Abstract
    At present, as a serious social problem, traffic accidents are categorized as minor accidents, general accidents, major accidents and serious incidents, and more attention is paid to the statistics and analysis of traffic accidents rather than the rescue work. In this paper, a new category of vehicle traffic accidents based on vehicle rescue is proposed to immediately dispose traffic accidents. For lack of specialized vehicle recovery equipment, a novel vehicle recovery equipment is designed. And then, the integrated vehicle rescue equipment, which is capable of towing, lifting, and vehicle recovery, is proposed. The virtual prototype model of the integrated vehicle rescue equipment is built by using CATIA, and its main features are presented in detail. Finally, the necessity and the method to form the operation standard and to carry out the training are introduced.
