Abstract :
Subjects of stimulation and restriction affect the governance mechanisms of listed companies and finally affect their operating performance. Based on the ownership concentration and ownership structure, the text makes an overall statistical analysis and makes a relevant sample analysis to the ownership structure and the operating performance of Chinese listed companies. Moreover, the text also makes a statistical analysis to the relation between the independent director and the operating performance
