Abstract :
Summary form only given. By means of CsLiB/sub 6/O/sub 10/ (CLBO) crystal, a reliable solid-state UV laser has been fully developed for film depostion applications. Synthesis of CN thin films by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) relies on the ablation laser wavelength.
