Abstract :
For the purpose of studying the temperature field of high-speed wire rod during water cooling process, the temperature field model of SWRH82B production is built with ANSYS software. The temperature change in five different water tanks is simulated with the given technological parameter. Based on it, the temperature changing curve is drawn, which can be used for optimizing cooling process technique of high-speed wire rod.
