Abstract :
A micro-array based automated hybridization platform, ITRI HybOne, has been developed for whole human genome expression profiling test. According to the user-defined protocol, an operator can set the heating temperature, washing temperature, heating hours and washing hours before starting the profiling test. Operator inputs target samples and micro-arrays to ITRI HybOne and push the Cycle-Start button to start. After hours of automatic process, the micro-arrays are ready for profile scanning. The prototype platform has a throughput rate of 12-sets of hybridization per lot.
