Abstract
The evoked potential occurs only as a response to stimulus. Either it is very brief of it is the beginning and the end of the event. In interpreting evoked potentials, the waves representing events occurring before neuronal mechanism of stabilization come into play. A description is given of the test results for different to audio stimuli in terms of power spectra in the frequency domain. The number of neuronal spikes for different audio stimuli has been decoded in the frequency domain after performing Fourier analysis. The resultant EEG waveform in synchronization with the stimulus has also been recorded and its frequency domain is studied for different waves (delta, theta, alpha, and beta waves).<>
