Abstract :
A middle-low temperature waste heat recycling system for marine main engine is mentioned in this article. In order to improve the performance of the thermal power generation cycle driven by middle-low temperature waste heat, the system should be constructed to make the temperature of the heated working fluid match the changing temperature of the fluid carrying waste heat. The supercritical Rankine cycle using pure organic fluid R134a as the working fluid is proved to be the best promising system driven by waste heat. The exergy efficiency method should be used to evaluate the overall performance of the cycle.
