Abstract :
First of all, according to the process of independent innovation of defence science & technology industry, the article summarizes the constituent elements of independent innovation ability of defence science & technology industry, and designs corresponding evaluating indicators for each constituent element. On this basis, makes an objective quantitative analysis of constituent elements, which achieves differentiation of rationalization and arrangement of the relationship between the principal and the subordinate for these elements
