Abstract :
First, this paper analyzes the problems which exist in the evaluation of enterprise value in our country, such as the subjectivity when people choose the evaluation methods, people´s subjective influence in the evaluating processes, the deviation on understanding of the evaluation methods, and the faultiness of the evaluation systems in our country at present. Then on the base of concluding some methods, the paper constructs the methods system of the evaluation of enterprise value. Finally, from a creative point of view, the paper applies fuzzy mathematics theory and AHP (analytical hierarchy process) to the evaluation of enterprise value, and then proposes the fuzzy synthetic hierarchical evaluation approach. It is significant for the evaluation of enterprise value in theory and in practice in our country
