Abstract :
We propose ultrahigh-speed multifunctional all-optical logic gates AND, NOR, XNOR, S1S2, S1S2, XOR, half adder, half subtracter, decoder and comparator based on four-wave mixing in semiconductor optical amplifiers with polarization-shift-keying modulated signals.
