Abstract :
Based on the establishment of evaluation index system of high and new technology product, this paper designs an intelligent evaluating method by using RBF-ANN (radial basis function artificial neural network). Further the paper selects some data of typical high and new technology products to make comprehensive training on the network system. The research of this paper can provide an effective method for the evaluation and management of high and new technology product
