  • Abstract
    In light of recent cases of significant social disruption caused by earthquake threats, advancing the state of knowledge about Earthquake Early Warning System has become an urgent need. In order to achieve this purpose, a new intelligent seismic precursors analyzing model is proposed in this paper. On the basis of this intelligent model, we design an intelligent system for earthquake early warning with GIS and Web service. We also discuss the framework of this system and implementation of the system prototype in the paper.
