Abstract :
This paper focuses on the study of potential induced degradation effect (PID) under 25°C, 100% RH and Na+ rich water and to indentify PID mechanism with 1000V bias applied to active layer. According to our Current-voltage measurements and electroluminescence results showed the module power loss 5% due to negative bias applied then after positive bias the power recovery and no corrosion like Ag → Ag+ + e- exists. In our case that means Na+ ion causing polarization effect.
