Abstract :
On the basis of gray system theory which is applied in the prediction of HR from the macro angle and according to the related information of real estate employees from 1989 to 2004 in China, the paper predicts the demands for HR in 2006 and tests the result based on the actual situation by the gray GM (1,1) model. If that the average relative error is comparatively small, it will show the perspective accuracy is comparatively large. Meanwhile, the paper performs quantitative analysis toward rational scale of employees on the basis of mandatory and agent model from the micro angle, thus establishes a practical scale model of enterprise´ employees
