A research on increasing revenue and reducing expenditure of land resources under the perspective of system approach

The present paper aims to provide system design and policy recommendations on increasing revenue and reducing expenditure of land resources by means of productivity conversion system, institution system as well as operation system. The land is a significant resource in economic activities, yet the supply of land is far from measuring up to its limitless demand due to its rigidity feature, hence the rational utilization of land resources can alleviate the contradiction between them. This paper carries out a research on increasing revenue and reducing expenditure of land resources from the perspective of system theory, from which claims that innovation can be obtained from productivity system and institution system.
