  • Abstract
    Emergency material storage should ensure the supply of goods when rescue operations are underway, at the same time take the economy of storage into consideration. For a class of location and layout problems of emergency material storage, a mathematical model was established based on integer programming. Considering the security of emergency material supply as constraints, the minimum of reserve costs and transporting costs as objective function. According to the characteristics of the problem, the model was solved in two stages and an experimental calculation is conducted.
