Abstract
It is necessary to analyze the demand for emergency materials before establishing a regional reserve system of emergency materials. In this paper, emergency materials are classified according to its use value and characteristics. The reasoning framework of the analysis of demand for emergency materials is constructed. The assessment method of emergent events is discussed by using fuzzy evidence theory, and the analysis process of demand for emergency materials is conducted based on fuzzy case-based reasoning.
