Abstract :
Traditional assignment problem can not deal with fuzzy and uncertain evaluation data, which hinders the development of assignment problem (AP). With the deep study on subjective evaluation and linguistic model, we presented an improved 2-Tuple model for task assignment with multi-mode and multi-resource information. By using the model, we could standardize and fuse the evaluation data, and then find out the Assignment project. The assumption of assignment in customs risk management proved the effectiveness of the model.
