Research on Quality Control Strategies of Scientific Magazine Based on the Manuscript Quality

The scientific magazine takes the knowledge as the foundation, and relies on production, dissemination and application of the knowledge, so as the forming of information. Chinese scientific magazine that takes the dissemination and exchange of knowledge and information as its own duty must adapt new situation and face new challenge. The paper quality is the important factor that weighs scientific magazine quality. Therefore, the way of strengthening the paper quality control is an important measure to improve scientific magazine quality. This paper analyzed distribution multiplicity and the different characters of scientific magazine as well as the indirect and direct influence factors of scientific magazine quality. And analyzed the scientific magazine quality control measures from three aspects such as paper collecting, adopting, examining and centralized examining.
