Abstract :
Introduction: Liver steatosis, is either due to overweight and obesity, either to even small but constant alcohol intake. Because the liver is the chief organ responsible for metabolizing alcohol, it is especially vulnerable to alcohol-related injury. We have examined the diagnosis and treatment of alcoholic liver disease (ALD), a serious and potentially fatal consequence of drinking alcohol. Material and methods: Our reserach was based on 167 patients participation, who have been randomly distributed in two groups, 84 patients in the experimental group and 83 patients in the control group. Results: Data obtained after the initial assessment and evaluation period after the experimental group was included in the therapy were introduced using, SPSS 17.0. At the beginning of our study, the two groups of subjects (experimental group and control group) did not differ significantly from a statistical point of view, between the degrees of steatosis, level of self esteem, depression level. Assessment made by the period in which the research group to interfere with therapy complex statistical data indicate significant differences. Assessment made after the therapy has used exactly the same evidence that the assessment done before beginning group therapy research. The degree of steatosis of the experimental group is significantly lower compared with the control group, t( 165)= 26,7, pentru p<;0,05. Discussions: Simple administration of medicines is not sufficient to treat behavioral disorders. We should identify and work on the case of the patient\´s centeredness, in order to understand the process, to become aware and active part of the team of specialists and not watching \´own process of healing "as a task that belongs exclusively to the doctor, the only object being to take medication and to expect miraculous effects".This complex process involves specialists in therapeutic education.
