Abstract :
In order to improve the production efficiency and management decision-making capability of coating line for large hp wheeled tractor chassis, RFID technology was introduced to MES system, and then a management and control integration systems of this production line was studied and developed. Based on the practical analysis of production field, the seamless connection between the management layer (top-layer) and the automatically process control layer (bottom-layer) has been finally achieved.
