Abstract :
It is inevitable that urban is expanding to the suburb in the process of the urbanization. In this paper, the proposition that the influence of suburbanization on traffic in the central district is put forward. By analyzing the relationship between the selection of residential location and the residential trip generation, a trip generation forecasting model for urban traffic district is established. The influence on traffic is analyzed. Furthermore, some Strategies and suggestions are put forward.
