Abstract
A novel 3-D sound synthesis system is developed dedicated to realtime synthesis of moving sound images. With the use of a high performance floating point DSP, this system can process multiple sound sources simultaneously. In accordance with the ability of handling sound image movement in realtime, this system is equipped with GUI-based control input, which enables smart setup of various spatial audio experiments including realtime sound image movement.
