Abstract
The influence of sintering temperature on microstructure and electrical properties of Zn doped CaCu3Ti4O12 ceramics were investigated. The CaCu3-xZnxTi4O12 (x=0, 0.06, 0.1, 0.2) ceramics were prepared by sol-gel method, and sintered at 950 ·, 1000 ·, 1050 ·, 1100 ·. XRD patterns confirm the formation of CCTO crystal phase in the as-prepared samples, and SEM results showed different porous structures and grain sizes at different temperatures. The results were commented and discussed on the temperature effect on electric properties and microstructure of CaCu3-xZnxTi4O12 ceramics.
