Abstract :
Satellite radio equipments require efficient radio-frequency (RF) filtering solutions to solve issues such as narrow bandwidth, small size, frequency of temperature independence, and etc. A band pass filter based on temperature stable bulk acoustic wave resonator has been designed, fabricated and tested. The filter presents decent insertion loss, very sharp skirt, and excellent temperature stability.
