Abstract :
We present a novel simple and cost-effective technique that can greatly reduce the electrical bandwidth for Brillouin frequency shift sensors from 11 to 0.2 GHz with only a reference fiber. Temperature change was also accurately observed. ©2008 Optical Society of America
