Abstract :
This paper first analyzes a few problems deeply and thoroughly. According to the requirement for the car maintenance and repairment in the cause of the transport production in Jinan Railway Bureau, a transport programming is given out for the whole location of the car maintenance and repairment in Jinan West Car-depot with an analysis to the quantity of the car maintenance and repairment task. At the same time, we demonstrate how to set a correct decision-making in the face of new situations and new challenges, and how to optimize the production-organization and how to make a concrete reconstruction scheme in accordance with the railway development as a whole.
