Abstract :
In this work, the authors will discuss electrical and thermal results for both diode and triode configurations, as well as potential applications to integrated circuits. The authors describe the performance results of planar CNT field emitters operating in both diode and triode configurations under a vacuum of 1x10-6 torr.
