Abstract :
Through practical work and theory study of domestic CNC system, it can be found that the reliability of CNC system is still low, the main reason is that depth study of CNC system reliability at design stage is not implemented. Design is the main reason of CNC system failure. Using reliability design measure in design stage of CNC system can decrease failure fundamentally. CNC system reliability design includes reliability design assessment, reliability design principle, reliability design checklist. Using above measures, the reliability of CNC system can be improved effective.
